Hotel was of a very high standard with very helpful and friendly staff. The spa was excellent, the best we've ever been to. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the free high tea on the roof every day was a really nice touch. Views from the hotel are spectacular.

This is a spectacular property offering amazing views and amenities. The hotel staff is some of the best I have experienced. The room sizes are great and offer ample moving space. The rooms are very well ventilated offering great views of the mountains surrounding it. The hotel staff is very hospitable and catered to every small need of ours as we were travelling with an infant for the very first time. The food in particular is really good and was higher than what I expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vibe Munnar Resort & SPA and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, traditional welcome and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The staff are not just friendly, they are exceptional in every sense of the word. Their genuine care and eagerness to assist made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant and room service was simply delightful. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. And imagine my surprise and delight when I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious pool villa! It was a gesture that truly made my stay extra special. The interior decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort seamlessly. It's evident that attention to detail is a top priority at the resort and it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Lastly, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Nishanth Nair for upgrade to the pool villa. Your thoughtfulness added an extra layer of joy to my already wonderful stay. This was one of the BEST run hotels I have EVER been in anywhere in the world. The staff and facilities are outstanding. If I needed something in my room I simply dialed the front desk and before I could turn around it was there. No request was too big or small. I saw wait staff holding babies in the dining room so that parents could eat and other gestures that went above and beyond. A special shout out to my guardian angel Vishnu who is the GM of food services. He should be president! He is so kind, hard working, considerate and thoughtful-amazing! Also a shout out to Fatima at the front desk who was so sweet when I checked in-I wasn't feeling well and she was really lovely.
